The History

Nayak’s Tutorials was started as a coaching institute in the year 2000, with an enthusiastic initiative of our visionary MD, Mr. Manoj S. Nayak, along with the unbending support of his two brothers, Mr. Vinod S. Nayak and Mr. Deepak S. Nayak in Mulund, a suburb in northeastern Mumbai. Mr. Manoj S. Nayak has been in the industry for the past 20 years being a mentor and an inspiration to thousands of students. Nayak’s Tutorials was started with the objective of helping students maximize their academic potential in the increasingly competitive environment. From a batch of 50 students, the institution has grown to more than 15000 students, thanks to the allegiance of the three brothers and an extremely supportive team of professional teachers. This group of enthusiastic professionals, out of their dedication for the Nayak brothers, wished to be associated with them to achieve their entrepreneurial aspirations. Their passion for teaching helped students achieve unprecedented success, year after year, and helped Nayak’s Tutorials establish its presence across Mumbai and Maharashtra.

Having placed its foot in the field of education with the opening of the first branch at Mulund, Nayak’s Tutorials stepped forward towards successful establishment of 6 centers in Thane city, Kalwa, Airoli, Nerul and Kalyan in the next four years. 3 more centers were opened at Mulund, Bhandup and Dombivli and then Nayak’s Tutorials stepped out of Mumbai, to establish 4 more centers in Pune and Nashik. Thane city witnessed further expansion of Nayak’s Tutorials with the opening of 2 more centers.

Establishing its strong impression in Central and Navi Mumbai, Nayak’s Tutorials spread its wings further to cover the Western Mumbai zone, with the founding of 7 centers in the western suburbs followed by 7 more centers the next year and 1 center in Kolhapur. The recent years saw the coming up of 11 new centers in Thane, Mumbai, Satara, Solapur and Aurangabad.

After molding lives of thousands of students in Maharashtra, Nayak’s Tutorials ventured further to bring advantage to the students of Gujarat by establishing two centers in Vadodara and one center at Surat.
